4일 오전 서울 영등포구 여의도 63빌딩 전망대에서 바라본 도심에 미세먼지 띠가 뚜렷하게 보이고 있다. 국립환경과학원은 이날 수도권과 충청, 광주, 전북의 미세먼지 농도가 ‘나쁨’ 수준을 보이겠고, 그밖의 권역에서도 낮 동안 미세먼지 농도가 ‘나쁨’ 수준을 나타낼 수 있다고 전했다.
