신한카드가 26일 오후 8시쯤부터 1시간 넘게 결제를 처리하지 못해 고객 불편이 이어졌다.

신한쏠페이(신한SOL Pay)를 통한 앱카드도 '처리가 지연되어 죄송하다'라는 문구와 함께 먹통이다.

신한카드 측의 별도 고지가 없었던 탓에 이용자들은 영문도 모른 채 불편을 겪어야 했다.

 

신한카드 이용자 A씨는 "식당에서 밥을 먹고 나가려는데 갑작스럽게 결제가 안돼 당황스럽다"며 "전에도 이랬던 걸로 기억하는데 답답하다"고 토로했다.

다른 신한카드 이용자들도 "마트 계산대였는데 신한카드 결제가 안된다", "나만 신한카드 결제가 안되는 게 아니였네", "편의점 갔다가 신한카드 안돼 다시 나왔다" 등 불만을 쏟아냈다. 

 

신한카드의 결제 먹통은 고질적 문제로 지적된다. 지난해 9월 추석 당일에도 결제 먹통이 발생한 바 있다. 당시에는 승인 시스템에 문제가 생겨 온라인과 오프라인 모두 결제가 안된 바 있다.
