충북의 한 중학교 여교사가 남학생 제자와 성관계를 한 사실이 밝혀졌다.
8일 충북도교육청 등에 따르면 지난 6월 도내 한 중학교 A 교사는 지난 6월 자신이 근무하는 학교의 남학생과 성관계를 맺었다.

해당 교사는 교육지원청의 분리조치에 따라 현재 학교에 출근하지 않는 것으로 알려졌다. 도교육청은 이달 중 징계위원회를 열고 A 교사에 대한 징계 수위를 결정할 예정이다.
하지만 A 교사에 대한 형사 처벌은 어려울 것으로 보인다. 교육지원청은 경찰 수사를 의뢰했지만 경찰은 A 교사에 대해 무혐의 처분을 내렸다. 경찰 측은 13세 이상 미성년자와 합의 하에 관계가 이뤄졌을 경우에는 처벌이 어렵다고 언급한 것으로 전해졌다.
