LG전자가 3분기 매출 15조4248억원을 올려, 역대 3분기 최고 매출을 기록했다. 현재 추세가 이어진다면 연간 매출과 영업이익 기록 경신도 기대된다.

지난해 3분기 대비 매출은 1.3%, 영업이익은 44.4% 증가한 수치이며, 역대 3분기와 비교하면 매출은 최고 기록, 영업이익은 2009년 3분기(8510억원)에 이은 두번째 기록이다.
1~3분기 누적 매출액은 45조5672억원, 영업이익은 2조6243억원으로 전년 동기 대비 각각 2.6%, 24.9% 늘었다.
LG전자의 연간 최고 매출액은 61억3963억원(2017년), 영업이익은 2조6807억원(2009년)이라, 두 기록 모두 연말에 돌파될 가능성이 있다.
이에 따라 LG전자가 지난해 61조4204억원의 매출을 올리며 사상 첫 60조원 시대를 연 데 이어, 올해도 최대 실적을 기록할지 여부에 관심이 모이고 있다.
