22일 오전 10시 40분께 충남 서산시 대산읍 KPX그린케미칼에서 암모니아가 유출됐다.
이날 서산시는 시민들에게 '인근 주민들은 창문을 닫고 외출을 자제해 달라'는 재난 문자를 발송했다.
