소방당국에 따르면 14일 오전 2시 58분께 서울 서초구 방배동 소재 13층 아파트 12층에서 불이 나 70대 남성 A 씨가 숨졌고 주민 9명이 구조됐다.
구조된 주민 9명 중 3명은 연기흡입으로 인근 병원으로 이송돼 치료를 받았다. 불은 약 40분 만인 오전 3시 41분께 완전히 진화됐다.
