9월 첫날이자 일요일인 1일 전국에 대체로 구름이 많은 가운데 제주도 및 남부 지방에서는 많은 비가 오겠다.

기상청은 이날 "1일 아침 제주도에 비가 시작되어 낮 12시에 남해안, 오후 3~6시에는 그 밖의 남부 지방으로 차차 확대되겠다"고 예보했다.
예상 강수량은 남해안 및 제주도에서 50~100㎜이며, 비가 많이 오는 제주 산간 지역은 200㎜ 이상이다. 남부 지방은 30~60㎜, 경북 북부는 5~30㎜로 예보됐다.
낮 최고 기온은 24~29도로 예상된다. 미세먼지는 전국이 좋음 수준을 보이겠다.
바다의 물결은 서해와 동해상에서 0.5~1.5m로 일겠고, 남해상에서는 최고 2.5m로 일겠다.
이날부터 시작되는 비는 2일 충청도, 3일 경기 남부와 강원 남부, 4일 전국으로로 확대될 전망이다.
